A new ultra-rapid EV charging hub has opened at Season's Garden Centre in Burton Latimer, giving visitors and local drivers access to fast, reliable public charging as part of Osprey Charging’s expanding UK network. The site features eight high-power charge points, capable of serving cars and vans and supporting the growing number of electric vehicles on UK roads.

Each charger can typically deliver around 100 miles of range in 15-20 minutes, depending on vehicle type and battery state. Designed for simplicity, the charge points support contactless card payments as well as Apple and Google Pay and are compatible with every EV currently available in the UK. With power outputs of up to 300kW, the site offers one of the fastest charging experiences available.

Situated on Cranford Road, just off the A14 and A6, the hub provides a convenient stop for drivers travelling through Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands. Its location within Season's Garden Centre makes it ideal for those visiting the centre or café, allowing drivers to make productive use of charging time while on site.

Ease of use has been central to the design of the hub, with clear layouts, accessible parking and a free 24/7 customer helpline available for support. Business and fleet users are also catered for, with receipts available through the Osprey app and compatibility with all major third-party payment methods, including fleet cards.

The Burton Latimer site represents another step in Osprey's continued investment in the high-power public charging infrastructure.

As the UK’s EV network continues to grow, it’s essential that high-quality charging is delivered in the right locations. The new Burton Latimer site strengthens an important travel corridor and supports the local community’s transition to electric vehicles.
